History buffs from all over the country can enjoy interesting and informative tours through one of America's most historic cities. The Boston Freedom Trail tour is about two and a half miles in length and very easy to follow. Visitors can follow a red brick or painted line to show them the way.

It is marked by a circle of cobblestones as a memorial to the five colonists who died that day. It was a minor argument between a young apprentice and a British soldier that quickly escalated into a serious conflict

Adams and Franklin were quick to use the incident to their advantage and the massacre became a rallying call for freedom. Visitors will learn all about the lives and achievements of these famous men. There are a choice of ways to enjoy the tours. Many people opt to walk, especially in nice weather.
